Ozari has been dismissed from the faction. He was unwilling to work as a team player, and overall seemed to be more interested in other things. There's no point in going into specifics, but I thought I would let the faction know.

I'm sorry but I think we should all be told why one of our own members has been dismissed. Everybody knew in a day what Sareosha did to be dismissed and since a lot of us (I'm assuming) liked Ozari, I believe we all deserve specifics.
It's just strange when he's speaking peacefully on Faction chat asking what he did and none of us had an answer. Maybe he was acting? But if he was, I think we should be told so we know how to handle him and whatever happened.
Of course, it's not up to me and maybe it's something so horrible that it should never be repeated again. So if it is, I'll leave it at that.

Ozari was a member for a long time, and he was often times getting warned for doing things. He was cool to hang around with a lot, but he had a hard time following some pretty simple guidelines. In the past he has hijacked others' threads in our name and killed non-aggros in the PvP in our name. In Teamspeak he would enter Private or Invite Only channels and refuse to leave, even after asked politely. It was a pretty constant thing, and each time I just gave him a warning about it. The most I think we did was ban him from Teamspeak for 24 hours, but I tried to be real easy on him because I know that he's younger than a lot of us. Recently it's gotten worse, though. He seemed unwilling to participate in faction events, constantly questioning how long it was going to last and that he had other things to do. This wouldn't be so bad except that a lot of times what he had to do was go talk to other factions or RFZ in our name without me knowing. He visited the Sirens' and the Sacred Orders' voice servers without my knoweldge. Even if he didn't leave a negative impression, that sort of representation needs to at least be brought to my attention. In the end all the little things simply added up. He is a DJ at RFZ, and I think that will take up a lot of his time any way. He seemed to becoming less and less FA-motivated, and with his record, we felt it best if he was dismissed. It wasn't an easy decision, and it took several months to make up my mind. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. I don't consider us on bad terms with him at all. It just wasn't working out.

well i really hate to hear that, but i feel i know you enough Tbone to know that you wouldn't do something like this unless it was really required.

I talked to Ozari and there's no hard feelings. Unfortunately his email didn't get to him, so there was some confusion for a little while.

yah, it also doesn't help that rumors spread like wildfire around our faction...*cough* not that i start them or anything...i would never.

..So wait, let me get this straight: There wasnt a love triangle between Tbone Zink and Ozari, and Zink framed Ozari so he could get Tbone all to himself?

He was a nice guy but he just didn't get it. Even after numerous idiot-proof hints.

Yeah it makes sense to dismiss him Tbone, you made the right decision. Ozari is a nice guy and everything, but he didn't seem to be on the same page as the rest of us. I will miss him though.

Well, it seems he surely will be missed. I didn't know the guy seeing as how I've only been here for about 4 days, but by what I heard from him on Teamspeak, he seemed like a good guy, but just needed some learning to do. Hopefully I myself, seeing as how I'm one of the youngest if not thee youngest, can learn to try to act more mature around people like yourselves, so I guess good things can really come out of er...bad things....i guess. ^^;;;

Zara, unless someone is concealing their real age, I believe that you are the youngest. I was actually the youngest in the faction, having turned 15 just before I joined FA, albeit I'm a captain.

I'm 17 right now, but it's not about age, it's about how you act and the decisions you make. Ozari made some mistakes, and he repeated those mistakes when warned not to. I don't think that nececarrily had to do with age, because a lot of people are irresponsible.

I'm 15 (turned in early May) and I think I'm not "immature"... Perhaps (I hope not) people have differing opinions. On a quick note, I know I haven't been around lately, ive had a few things to work on and have been busy. Not to mention whenever I try to load the game, it takes too long to load and I get disconnected :(.

Since the beginning of my life, I have been plagued with a soft high-noted type voice. :P Every time I talk on the phone with customer service of any company, they call me ma'am. Yes, even when I try to deepen my voice and tell them that indeed I’m a man, they think I’m only 12 years old. But I swear I'm honestly an 18 year old guy (turning 19 this year) attending the University of Toronto. Oh the pain. I thought I would clear that up since we're all talking about age. :P lol ... anyway ...
