Pokemon is a mix of the swastika aka the nazi cross, and 666 aka the number of the beast.  It is pure evil.

Is there any way we, as humans, could place a group law suit against the creators of such a calamity ?

Just as Neo and Smith were equal opposites, I see this Pokemon ball as being the opposite of the Holy Grail.
