Dang it... today my hard drive gave in and crashed on me.... I had no choice but to reformat and start all over from scratch. :(
The thing that bums me out the most was I lost my screenshot collection of a lot of good matrix memories and other various important photos..... not to mention I am now without the game client. :(
sigh..... sorry i just needed to say that and get it outa me..... Hopefully I'll have the client and TS again in the next couple of days.

That sucks. It's happened to me at least twice before, so I know how ya feel.

YEP, same here just this past weekend. Thanks to Mazda I am now up and running again!

Ya, it happened to me aswell quite awhile ago. Took me quite some time to get it all repaired but hey, got it done in the end... meh it sucks

is it a dell? haha.... i hate dell .... ahem..... good luck dude, sorry you lost your pics. at least it wasn't a week and a half before finals and you lost all of your finals projects *shakes fist at dell*

I must say that I have only had Dells and that has never happened to me.
Well, I do remember it happening once or twice with our old Macintosh Power PC. I was so upset because I had MacTheme Park, MacPopulous II, MacSyndicate and Labyrinth. I loved those games so much... Oh, and sorry about your luck Iris!

Heh I analyzed my computer and realized why it crashed.... It started when I was infected by a browser hijacker CS and CWS as well as About:Blank..... This rendered my internet browsing useless.... I managed to get to a site which could clear my problems but apparently my ftp and http port options were hijacked becuase I couldn't download anything either. This is when my computer fell victim to a few trojans that sneaked in with the hijacker programs..... I didn't find out how many I had but I did find one VXO trojan and soon my computer started capsizing.... Soon my NAV didn't work and my computer was rebooting itself every 10 minutes or so..... shortly thereafter the computer just wouldn't start.... the core registry was infected and refused to boot windows....
I am amazed at how fast viruses/spyware can kill a computer... I lasted for 1 and a half day before my hard drive gave in.....
Well I'm learning from my mistakes and securing this baby up the case. www.majorgeeks.com has some awsome stuff to download that can make your life easier. =)
Well I remembered that I STILL have my download link in my email (just incase...) so I have the client now..... just waiting for the loooooooong patches...
