I think the plan was for you to be able to read the paper in game, but since I don't use IE often I just had to open it up and go to the ONLY link that was listed for me in the past 7 days.

There is the "Personal of the Day" on page one.  It says "Do you feel something's strange about this world, like me? Let's meet at the Cobra lounge and talk about it after five, weekdays. (Box198) "

Is there really a Cobra lounge in game?  Has anyone already looked into this?
