Title: Two New Captains Needed!

What what? That's right. We need a new overseas ship as well as another regular one. Do you think you have what it takes? Post in this thread if you're interested and specify which ship. The two new ships are HvCFT Vindictus (overseas ship) and HvCFT Electus.

Well I'll be the first to nominate myself  for the captain position for the Electus.

I've been in this faction for a few months now and have learned how it operates. I also have some 'commanding' experience being a former council member from my guild in SWG.

I'd like to nominate Omegus for Captian of the Electus. He has shown great leadership in the game as well as helping out immensely both before and after the wipe with keeping the levels fairly even by spending several hours a day ingame. He has shown great dedication to Furious Angels and I believe he will continue to do so which is a quality needed to be captain. He's easy to go to when you need help or just need a friend. I have also seen him display great leadership qualities in helping other zionist factions. By giving direction or explaining simple things about how to play the game. I believe these are the qualities a good leader should have and a good captian.

I would like to start by thanking Lelyel for her kind words. I have seen the very same qualities from many of our members. I would also like to say that I am proud to be a member of the Furious Angels. The standards in this game start here.

Leadership is not something to be taken lightly. There is far more to it than what is typically thought. Leaders must always be aware of their actions. It is the responsibility of a captain to lead by example. It is the responsibility of a captain to make the difficult decisions and stand up for what is right. It is the responsibility of a captain to sacrifice his/her own self-gain for the benefit of the crew. Leadership is not something that is new to me. I have held various postions of leadership throughout my life. Whether it be in other MMO's, my military experience, or my RL career all the same leadership principles apply.

With that said, I humbly accept the nomination for captain of the Electus.

I would like to recommend HumanDevil to take up the mantel of  Captian for the Vindictus, as he was a very competant Catpain previously, and while I know he would have to start the ship with a whole load of new members, I beleive he would be an excellent choice.

This is the SECOND time that someone from my ship is being stolen for Captainship... sigh... oh well. Anyways, I support Omegus for the Electus, and Oronos for Vindictus.

nartak, you just raise good captain material :) or your crew hates you, but i highly doubt that ;)

i nominate enoc, my very first captain, who was also my runningmate, and a good sport.

I would like to nominate Mazda as captain for the Electus. He has shown great dedication as the First Mate of the Asperitas, and also has many leadership qualities

Thanks for the support Grim. I accept the nomination, though I'm sure I won't win.  I'm sorry I haven't been around much lately, but the real world calls sometimes.  I would hope that those that know me understand that I would make a good captain (despite the temporary Lvl. handicap), as I've been a captain before, and that my support base will grow before the elections are over.  Again, thanks for the nomiation, and good luck to my opponents.  I'm in great company.
