Title: Hello I have a gift to give to all!
Post by: Avzeke (Khr0n1k) on February 17, 2005, 12:09:17 pm: I know that we have the @furiousangels.com email addresses but if anyone is wanting to use another email for someother reason I have 50 yes 50 gmail invites so for anyone who wants them just either pm me or post in this thread or send me a email at Khr0n1k.g4m37@gmail.com . This is my way of saying Thank you for letting me join the FA.

Post by: Fuse on February 17, 2005, 04:15:26 pm: It's a pretty smart move by google. Inflate the interest by only allowing a "limited number of special invites" then flooding them with free invites while the excitement over this 'special limited' beta email still exists.

Spreads like wildwife and now everyone has one.

It is. But Gmail is the best email service I have ever had. In the 5 months I've had it, I have NEVER recieved a spam email in my inbox and am nowhere near using the amount of allowed storage. <3 for gmail.

I personally think that gmail should stay that way, invite only. Its an interesting way to have an email, means that not just anyone can get em.
