Death and Taxes.
Often said in jest. But when someone dies and you inherit controlling interest in several corporations, then death and taxes really isn't a joke. The death part sucks - but if it's something that's expected, you get over it fairly quickly. The taxes part... well. I'm still attending meetings with scum sucking bottom feeders - er... I mean "lawyers" - on a fairly regular basis.
While they had assured me months ago that this would be cleared up by now, it simply hasn't been. I still find my self flying between the east and west coast every other week.
So... have I been half-way paying attention around here? Yeah. Sort of. But not really. Am I going to need someone to bring me up to speed with the changes? Yeah. Am I going to slowly get back into the groove? Yeah. Will I be 100% by release? Of course! It's me. I am still the first person to hit 50 in this game. :P
On a side note. The first in-duh-vidual that says anything resembling condolences or sympathy will become my practice dummy. I've had enough of it. There's still banana bread in the freezer from trying to deal with rotting fruit baskets. Get it? Good.
I'll be on text comms this weekend, voice starting monday, and in game as soon as I play through kotor2 once. So probably Wednesday.
And welcome to all you people that I've never heard of.

Depends on when the patch before release is going to be really, because they've already given us two dates - and that makes me sad in places I didnt know I could be sad in. Either patch is on the 19th, a Saturday, and the game releases Tueday. Or the patch is tuesday, and the game releases Friday. To tell you the truth, I think it's the ladder.

I already know I'm not going to be the first 50 in live. I have too many weddings that I can't get out of this spring... Not that I really want to get out of them.

yay gillette is back, now i have someone to talk to and bug about everything that has to deal with guns, sniper rifles and things that kill =) my life is complete, i was thinking of being the first person to feel bad for you cause ive always been the one to bug ya gillette but i just cant seem to do it now, strange new city im in an all....(damn italy) its sapping my computer strength im slowly withering away, doesnà t mean i still didnt miss ya
