Ok, I took someone's advice the other week to start a lil side business, maybe earn some extra cash/reputation, have some fun, get more involved, what have you... Anyways, here's the short version...
While bouncing for grimkitten one night, one of the clan members suggested we should do this as a job/service... so i figured what the hell, and i gave it a shot, just to see the reaction from the community. Here's what i got...

Apparently I seem to have sparked some interest... sooooo... this is where yall come in. Im gonna need some help, obviously i can't do this by myself, so, who's with me?

Hey you wouldn't be hiring or recruiting bouncers by chance =p
-
that's why im posting... did i not make that clear -_-
-
lol opps... i got as far as the link then just replied... gotta remember not to let my "borderline" add not get the best of me lol
-
Well, lol, since i sprung the idea on you, I would be more than happy to be a part of it, if you'd have me.

So people/factions will pay us for protection? Sounds like we're turning into a mafia.
:P

I mentioned something about how to keep people out when you are not in a construct.
1 method is to have 3 or 4 bouncers constantly asking for a duel or something. Constant popups, would deter the user from hanging around.
-
those people can also report us for spamming them and greifing, so you have to watch for that :\
-
my approach to this is simple...
First, ive noticed if your generally polite to people they will be obedient and respect the party/event.
Two, if they do actually duel... that's it... if they don't they get ignored until they lose taste for being an ass, then they leave.
Three players aren't the only thing we will be "securifying", theres mobs, agents, escorts, RP, and just the general look of bouncers around... so there are many uses that can be had for a team of bouncers/security
And ninja's construct parties could even work for the better...

My take on this is simple. BTW, sorry Gabe for what I am about to say.
Do people call up the CIA when they need a body guard? Do people give the mob a jingle when they need some bouncers for their party? NO. You call up Joe's Rentacop Security Service. To me this sounds like asking Superman to open a stubborn jar of pickles for you. Count me out:P
It is a funny idea tho lol.

valid points, no doubt... but i figured id at least give it a go, see how it works out a couple times around... if it's something id like to continue I will, if it bombs then it bombs, never know till ya try
