Title: Neo's Grave
Post by: Anonymous on March 13, 2005, 12:24:37 am
So now even the Sentinel is talking about it. Why the hell haven't I seen it?
I've hears murmerings about it, but where is the sink-hole located?
Anyone care to drop me some coordinates?
Maybe we could take a FA fieldtrip out to this place, have a picnic, link hands and sing "kumbayah"?

Maybe we'll have to comb downtown's streets to see...

I would suspect the grave to be in a consruct, wouldn't you? I mean if I'm the machine's Im not gonna make it TOO obvious that all this "redpill" buisness is real.  So i figure they've gotta put it someplace only redpills can go.

If it was in a place were only red pills could get to then there would be no point in it appearing with a cover story in the paper. I'm not sure if its out there in the game yet or ever will be but the paper wouldn't of made a cover story about a sink hole if only us red pills could gain access to the area were its at.

true, sorry I haven't read that article.  Probably shouldn't have opened my mouth, but I couldn't resist.  Keep those of us stuck outside the matrix updated on this, cause I'm REALLY interested.

ah the pain of work and school,....Our late savior's grave could in fact be a trap for Morpheus. If we are able to, we should put all our efforts into finding the location. This could perhaps be where the Machines are lurking, luring Morpheus into a trap.

Downtown is a bloody huge place (perhaps that's an understatement...)

Any brilliantideas on how to go about searching for this thing?
Obviously it's in the middle of a street, between some relatively tall buildings.
Some of the taller ones are located near the center of the city, but also in the far north (Think : Park East and its Lobby Shootout building).
Perhaps we should start somewhere around there first?

I think the possibility of it being there for storyline purposes is interesting, and maybe they aren't going to implement it until the final release. In that case, It would kind of suck to go on a wild goose hunt in the land of vertical metallic monstrosities.

yup with our remaining time in game its best to just try and keep up with the current events, a little grunt work like tracking down what key card for the access nod drops in what area. The list is almost done and Gillett/Ratio has it set up nicely would be great if we finished that off befor we start over again.
