Ok folks, it has arrived.

TYPO: I'm at the DL.exe screen with lightCycle's message... I found a typo...
"Gaurds! Interlock those enemies!" It's suppose to be Guards not Gaurds right?

The clue: What is the use of a book without pictures or conversations? Split the chapter.
The Answer: Won't let you use as a two word answer..... have to use dash or no dash

im very very impressed. it was more than i was even expecting. great job you guys. i like how it even logs what question they were on so that they log out, and come back... they still are on the same question. im speachless.

ok i found a typo on the rp part
the question is "Perhaps you should seek help... Seeing things is never a good sign." and one of the answers is "What I've seen is real. An I too wish be one of you." yeah as you can see doesnt make since

It apparently doesn't like it when you log out, create a new login and try again. It starts out the same with the TBone search thing, but after that all of the text fields contain the same data as before. Once the commslink closes and it brings you to the new UI wit the flashing bar, you click on that and the same email as before shows up, then after a few moments it changes to whatever response the user clicked on for their last question. If you hit FWD a couple of times it will load you back to the questions screen, but it will ask you a new set of questions, but the person asking the questions wont change. Also, I dont appear to get any response when I attempt to answer the riddles. Its not very clear how you're supposed to answer them. I understand it's not supposed to be wasy, but I cant figure out how to use this thing.

Kosila: FIXED.
Lithium: Where the context is used, two words may not cut it. The original question was the full title, it is now one (hyphenated) word, on purpose. No dash will not work, or shouldn't - although the answers are case insensitive, the characters used must be the same of course.
Maduag: Yep, this is not linked in any way to anything else. You must register.
Arch: FIXED.
Khr0n1k: FIXED.
Apollithenes: Thanks for the feedback. A big problem found :D Yes the problem with the flash is the fact it is keeping variables stored. I have created a small fix for this; this should now be fixed in the latest update (fingers crossed).

I find it odd putting in lelyels name and seeing a man's head. It's not a big deal, but it's a thought to consider.

yes, in the previous version of the challenge, everyone you searched for was a female. now they are all male. i can see how pinpointing a gender to each name would take a bit of time, but then again, there are only a dozen or so females (or female RSIs anyway). if we keep the main string male and then add special strings for the handful of females, just so it doesn't look so silly, that would be good. is there a way to do that ket? :)

I used "GrimKitten" as a search keyword after Tbone was discovered to be an "unsafe keyword", and it brought up the comms with "GrimKitten" of which, she had a male on the video feed o.O

honestly i forgot who i put in for the contact's name. so now at the first question (yes grim, i still havn't got it, lol) i dont know who to send it to.

Yes, all characters are currently MALE;
There is no way I the database KNOWS just now if Kayda is playing a female or male character ;)
This will be fixed soon - look out for a "PROFILE" block on this webpage so you can define your character properly!

I personally like having to figure out what you need to do with an answer to input it. It's sort of a extension of the riddle and makes it so the challenge has more depth then just typing the answer in.
edit: i didn't realize this had a second page :P anyways yeah i was kinda wondering if the Profile pics you asked for are going to be implemented or if you're going to wait for launch or something and keep a default face for the time being.

I agree with arch, the toughest part of the challenge for me so far has been how to input the answers I already knew. Adds layers to the challenge, so someone who happens to be good with riddles(or google) will still have to think to figure out the correct format and place an answer needs to be used in.

found a typo (i think). in the beginning, while going through the questions, one of the responses reads: "I'm not one of the angels. I'm so glad I've found one of you. I just want to talk. Contact you for ages." that last sentence makese no sense haha, maybe just cut it out? :)
EDIT: another typo in a riddle: "This hammer, streaks the sky with light and deafens our ears with sound with the ferocious power of it's strike." .... it's should be its with no aphostrophe. :P

found another typo in the questions (i'm on account #5 lol) .... one of the responses says "We all wear masks. It□s the only way we can get through things sometimes." i don't think there's supposed to be a box there :)

No Arch, We figured that a male/female version would be best. Using everyone's personal RSI image would be cool, but considering everyone will be in their FA uniform most would look quite similar. Also images seem to add to the size of the file quite dramatically and with the article and the Commslink video image for everyones RSI it would be just too big. It was good idea though...in theory.

Just to let you all know, I signed off at about 8PM FAT last night (18th). Today at 4AM FAT I can tell you we have had 200 users REGISTER for the path in those 8 hours.
Looks like MSNBC is having its effect!

Wow...yeah, I just checked the admin section. 320 user IDs. Maybe 100 of them are you guys. That's over 200 in LESS THAN 12 HOURS. Just...wow...

Tbone; I checked the last user before I went to bed last night, it was ID 119.
I'm sure that a few of these are you guys testing. I've seen a few accounts where they haven't gone anywhere yet - either a bug, or... they registered and didn't log in.
Anyway, watching the list :)

The servers were down. So I finished the challenge.
Got an access code (which needs to be highlighted a little - I mean the final answer is teeny gray text? C'mon! But I digress...) Anywho. Got this code and was going to write something silly in the potential site.
Which I would have done... except... Incorrect Access Code!
Yeah. So. Anyway. There's that. Then I went and looked at the access code again just for fun and there are O's and 0's in it and the font is not conducive to telling the difference. In fact, that font even has bad differentiation between Y's and V's. So how about the access code generator gets redone? No 1's no L's no I's no V's no 0's no O's no Y's and generally no other letters that resemble each other (or any other characters) in that font (or in any other font). While I am a cut and paste kind of person, there's a lot of folks who would rather scribble. Word. And yeah I know that is really in Kosila's ballpark.

First, just to let everyone know we now have more than 1000 registered users. Although some are "multi" accounts, this is a great achievement. Roughly 700 accounts have at least been to the first question, and we now have a few people at the very end.
Ratio, thanks for the feedback - this access code part has been recently added. The incorrect Access Code should be fixed shortly. We decided to keep the access code as another part of the challenge, rather than just go to the signup page automatically.
The access codes are actually being generated on the PHP side, once you complete the last question.
I'll update the flash so that it can be easily read, I will either make sure letters are distinguishable, or change so they don't appear as you suggest.
Are you the first to officially complete the new challenge? :D

I'm seeing an error or maybe not. The spelling on the Thor's hammer question
Mjöllnir is how 99% of literary works spell the hammer's name however,
I had to type it in like this Mjölnir for it to work. I ended up finding that second spelling on some obscure website.
I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but I wanted to bring it up.
