When we get to the riddles, will it proceed to the next phase if we type in the correct answer and press enter, or are we supposed to hit reply and send in our answer?

The email tells you to get in contact with someone, so there is NO use trying to use the search bar to do this. Enite, I am stuck on the session part to, maybe we should brianstorm it. :)

Well, I made it to the third question after a few hours and some brainstorming over TS last night. Now if I can just figure out the .txt/.exe question! It is supposedly simple *glares at ratio* but it stumped me. Then again, I started on it at around 1 am when everyone in TS went from being bored to being tired/goofy bored, so I was a bit distracted. Anyone else on this one?

well that's the greatness of it... it shouldn't be something simple.. it should take you a bit to finish. I know the old challenge took a few weeks to a few months for some people to finish.

I'm going to post this here because I have exhausted all possible solutions that I can see. I've asked for help in chat and no one seems to know the answer to this either, so I just want to make sure its not bugged.

X-download v0.3

X-download is a program for tunnelling into networks. The file may be launched directly (if a config file is set), or be launched with extra commands.

COMMANDS EXAMPLE:

/DIRECTORY/download.EXE -Extend:VARIABLE

*DIRECTORY is directory where the file resides (Default Downloads or Desktop).

HTH:

Opening mail.exe... Enter password to continue.

Good Luck!

-lightCycle

Now I am sure that I have the syntax right
/desktop/download.exe -execute: but after that I am guessing the variable is the password.

I have checked the hints and tried everything I could think of. I even thought hey maybe its a trick question and Enter password to continue meant Enter the word password

so I tried

/desktop/download.exe -Execute:password

Still no luck. If I'm just not seeing it that's one thing.

current riddles i am stuck on:

"Let's party where the dance floor is in the ocean"

"The sight is clouded by smoke, but always sees clearly through the brand." (sounds like a cigarette add? lol)

"This hammer, streaks the sky with light and deafens our ears with sound with the ferocious power of it's strike." (tried thunder, lightning, storm, combinations of those .... blah lol)

"## Connecting to www.radiofreezion.com" (uhh ..... where's the rest?? haha)

Sounds like the majorourn monument (spelled wrong) in magog... I forget which zone, but it's the one we met Seraph at.

I think that is Mjollnir monument, which is the name of Thor's Hammer. And I already tried that, with no luck.

ok got that one (thanks archon), but the riddle after that is i believe the oracle one that lith said just srews you over or something ....

ok ..... so 1 acocunt waiting on 24 hours period, 1 account screwed because of the oracle, 1 account screwed because of RFZ, 1 account screwed because of the ocean, and 1 account screwed from smoking.

makes sense to me: always waiting, haven't met the oracle, RFZ is .... redundant haha.... cat's don't like water and i'm allergic to smoke .... LOL!! :)

How did you decide on that syntax? For being on my computer so much, I am sadly illiterate in regards to its workings. I am not even sure what syntax means(I blame windows), let alone why you would use desktop in the directory(Why not download, that is another example given as default).

lol grim, sorry to double post but can you post the Oracle one. I believe it has something to do with Lorem Ipsum, and thanks to my first lovely email question I got to learn a bit about it the other night. As I was struggling with it, Lith laughed and thought I was on the oracle one, so I assume they might have something in common?

no it's not the latin one, the actual riddle reads "I protect the one who sees past their own choices."

instinct told me it was the oracle, and i tried other character names, other matrix-related words, obviously all but the one that is right haha

although the grammer of the sentence, it it's not a direct quote, is horrible haha. it should be "i protect the one who sees past his/her own choices" lol *kicks self for english major anal grammer haha*

I see from the email you forwarded that our communication is not accidental.
You will need to get a file on the zion network. LightCycle has set up a hidden session for you to connect.

Not everything is black and white. The source holds the key! Pellentesque mollis. Aenean vel mauris. In laoreet. Integer placerat. Aliquam odio sem, consequat vel, suscipit id, sodales vel, massa.

come on hook me up its for the good of testing.

allllrighty, it's bumpage time :p

actually, i have gotten several tells ingame asking about riddles on the challenge. most of them i hadn't heard about or didn't know ("most" being all but maybe one or two haha) so mostly i would suggest the bluepill forums and google :p

however, i am curious about some of the riddles. one of them talked about how trinity was freed, which is something that interested me. i don't remember exactly what the riddle asked for, but where is this information? i don't remember reading about it anywhere; i know it was touched upon VERY lightly in one of the animatrix stories, but that more just mentioned her than anything. where is the story on trinity, or even morpheus?

thanks ahead of time :)

Hehe, well Grim, you can check questions/answers/reasons on the admin section.

The machines got an interest in Trinity because of something she did.
It was touched upon on the first movie I believe.

Hehe, my favorite to date has to have been the Lorem Ipsum riddle. That thing was a bitch, but I translated it! ;) Seriously, whoever came up with that thing deserves a freakin' medal hammered into thier forehead. :)

Anywho, here's the one that has me stumped.

Not everything is black and white. The source holds the key!I greeted him at the middle, inside, before Mex. It was obvious it was the new workplace.

I mean, seriously, Whisky Tango Foxtrot!!!
