Title: New TS Server

We have completed the transfer to our new Teamspeak server. You will need to register to the new server. The server address is: carbon.gamerslobby.net:9100

Make sure you initially sign in as anonymous and just fill out the "Nickname" field. Once you log in, a SA will move you and allow you to register with the server. Go to "Self" and "Register With Server". After you register, you will once again be able to login with a login name and password!

Quick question: Perhaps I wasn't in this discussion, but why are we changing servers? ;)

I think one plus with the new TS server is that we now have full access to all codecs for the best quality sound available (including Speex 25.9 Kbit, versus the Speex 19.5 Kbit we had before).

Yeah i kinda didn't understand the whole server change thing either... but we'll see what this brings us i suppose

probe using the new one unless it sux, but with a codec like that, i doubt it will, everything will sound so clear and we wont have to worry about heating up the servers when we get like 50 people on.
