Thank you for contacting Customer Service.  I'm sorry to hear about the
problems that you had with these players, I have spoken with their
Captain and let them know that they must delete the characters they created
with similar names to yours and I have also let them know that they
must delete their Crews and Faction.  If you have anymore problems with
these players or they continue to harass you please let me know.

We appreciate your patience.  If you have any more questions or
concerns, or if this did not resolve your issue, please write back and we will
do our best to assist you further.

That's great. They should have been deleted on the other server way eariler though. It's not like they can justify those name as not being harrasment from the staff.

Monolith -2 = -26

I assume that you haven't played Tron 2.0 or FEAR yet have you Destyn? Because Monolith is still at +100 for me.

Nope, neither of them float my boat.  So they stay at -26 for me, and that's mainly because they didn't implement a facility to move characters across servers :p
