So I got stuck in combat today during a mission and sent a CCR...

Fighting in a mission area, appear to have got stuck in combat, I was fighting the second of 3 hostile NPCs, and killed him, was preparing to fight the last NPC,  My interlock menu was still expanded.  The system reported "You left combat" but I clearly could not move.  I was still able to target the third NPC, and used Swirling Ki Summon to kill him.  Though still stuck in interlock following that. Again the system reported "You left combat" I was also able to complete the objective and talk to the NPC.

Wow... so should i feel special that my issue is being escalated to the QA team? haha... or is this the same as Lith's "You issue is very important to us but at this time we have no resolution for it."  blah blah blah LOL gotta love the formalities :p

The CSR's that initially recieve your report are only there to figure out if they can solve it themselves, or if they should send it to someone else. When I submitted a player abuse report then I recieved a similar message, saying that it would be elevated to his manager or something to that degree.

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you are having. Luckily, we have completely eliminated our Live Events Team and anything else that made this game remotely unique so that we can address bugs like the one you are having and slowly turn MxO into a bug-free, lifeless MMO!

Ha, if you submit problems like, "where is the hyperjump button" then you WONT get promoted to the second level. Any problem that has subtance well always insure second level support, who give you even more of a runaround it seems.
