Is it possible to rip an audio track from a video track in Adobe Premire or Audition? What is another good program to use?

If its small and easy to use then that would be cool. I got Audition figured out, but that would require me to drive to a friends place to use his DVD drive, rip the video, burn it to a CD, drive to my place, and rip the audio.

I used to use Ulead Video Studio, it would let you rip the audio off of a video and save it as a wav, mpeg, or whatever, tho it was the worst program I've ever used for crashing and stuff... I don't know if its got any better, nor have I needed to to that for a while so I haven't looked into it much.

WHen I get home I'll get into Audition a bit. I'm pretty sure you can with the click of a button or two.
