Hehe, I've been doing this for about a year, though not so much to the extent as mailing a large box.

Whenever I get one of those business reply envelopes, I fill it with rocks, dead batteries, or other junk mail.  I try to weigh the envelope down as much as possible.  But I like this guy's idea.

Maybe I'll just start mailing my weekly trash.
