That means that both Grey and Flood have been in the matrix... I think we should keep an eye out for Tyndall or Niobe.... I say tydall cuz.. isn't flood and grey the contacts for missions... and if so... has Tyndall ever been in the Matrix???
-
Tyndall cannot jack in.
-
Yea she can. I remember that one time when psych met with her and she was asking them to stop killing FA members because they were so BA that they were disrupting the matrix. LMAO
-
lol
technically, rp-wise, tyndall REFUSES to jack in. they don't really say why, just kind of offhand mention something about something that happened before with a person with the shoes and hair kind of thing. they don't know if she CAN, but she WON'T .... except, of course, to trash on FA in the long-term plan to get psych banned *evil grin*

yeah.. .except THAT.

She CANT jack in, she had an accident that must up her plug and it is now to fragile for her to even attempt a jack in.
Offical story from the Org Controller page.
"She served capably during the War, working her way up to a senior position, but retired from field duty in the aftermath of an accident that rendered her unable to jack into the Matrix safely any longer. An Agent dropped a 220kV power line on her as she was jacking out, causing feedback that damaged her neural jacks in the real world. She was almost killed."
But we all know that is a lie because of reason stated above.

I thought they just made that Screenshot up.
-
They did.... :D

"Torlan, you must be a hard drive... set to the "slave" position."
Burned, just.....oooh....buuuurrrnnn!!!!!!!!!! Even Flood gets mad props for that. :D
BTW, where else has 'The Antediluvian' been mentioned? I'm sure I've heard it somewhere before...

Kudos to Flood.
The Antediluvians have something to do with a PB mission. If it's the one I'm thinking of, then there's about 50 or so hostiles that you have to take out in a single mission area. It's a very time consuming mission.
-
BTW, for refrence, Antediluvian refers to the time/people/places before the great Flood, through which only Noah and his family and a bunch of critters survived. :)
-
which they proved noah's ark happened (or SOME great catastrophe that wiped out nearly the entire human population) by our own human DNA :)
-
point for grim for the off the wall fact :-D

Antideluvians are also the extremely powerful 2nd/3rd generation vampires in the Vampire: The Masquerade/World of Darkness setting.
Granted, there are no more true second generation vampires, as they were eaten (literally) by the third generation. However, in so doing, the third generation became the second generation.
Seeing as the Antideluvian for the Pandora's Boxes are vampires (if I remember right) this is undoubtedly what Flood speaks of.

Not exactly. The exile who called himself "The Antediluvian", also known as Dr. Voss, was merely a disgruntled exile, and Flood's predecessor. He has more backstory, but I can't think of it right now.
