Eroz is trying to say that dumb people cannot judge websties well. At the same time, he is judging that concrete.ca (a Candian website) is a bad website. Therefore, Eroz thinks Canada is dumb. But in reality, how can he judge it as a bad website when he's dumber than Canadians (according to himself):
