Its the Splinter orgs. Rarebit found a way to make Cypherite factions go Cypherite by completing riddles with Cryptos.  The same goes for the E plurbious neo org.

There is a thread in Broadcast Depth that talks about it.

No they are still Machine.  Its more just for show.

Thats interesting...they werent supposed to show up till a server restart....
