So I was checking out the official forums today and well I came across this thread.

Well I just went back and stared.....examined it for a little while and I have come to the conclusion that, to me it doesnt appear to be photoshopped, looks to...not photoshopped...but who knows there is talented peopel out there.

Think about it from a designer stand point. If you have the nipple extended from the breast like that, everytime you make P wear clothes they would have to extend past that point (no pun intended) so clipping wouldn't occur every time she moved. That would be too much work, unless someone on the design team is a "digitial pimp".
