Right, I had heard stories about Outlaw but I don't know ever piece of info so I'm sorry if you guys already know this.
Scroll to the 3rd pic from the end and read the chat log and you'll see a message from outlaw to Veil.

This could be interpreted in one of two ways.. he's either trying to trick her into giving her information by portraying himself as a Cypherite (as they're on different servers, they might not be able to tell *rolls eyes), or they actually share information, but not on a first-name basis.
