Title: Broin - Computer Problems
Post by: Broin on June 23, 2006, 09:54:51 pm: I sustained a huge power surge or lightning strike on my computer the other night. At first I thought it was just the power supply but it appears the whole thing is dead. I don't know when I will be up an runnng again, but hopefully it will be soon. Please don't forget that SOTI was wanting several of us to be in game this SUNDAY at around 5:00 PCT. Please contact RXU when you get in game SUNDAY and let him know you are available for filming. My back up computer is not able to run MXO so I won't be around... I'll do my best to get up and running ASAP.

No kidding...unless you absolutely need help do not go to Geek Squad, I work for one of them and the pricing that we use(from corporate) is insane.

From what I have heard from SOTI they got most of what they needed to start doing some edits on the film and put it together. Chances are clean up scenes will be in the works.... Or at least if I was doing it we all know there would be clean up scenes in the works :D

Anyway prognosis on the computer is not looking good... I have to call my computer guru buddy who built it for me tonight. He confiscated it on over the weekend and has been working on it to see exactly what needs to be done. To be honest I'm hoping the whole thing is dead so I can just start fresh with a new uber system :D
