Title: MxO account problems

Has anyone ever had a problem renewing their subscription?  I'm trying to pay to turn my account back on, and after I enter my credit card it comes back with the error message, "Credit card rejected, but due to system problems."  Has anyone ever had this problem before?  I've called my credit card company and verified all my info.  They are showing all of my attempts were approved on my banks end, so SOE is rejecting it.
