Title: MxO Forum Avatars

You can now have personalized avatars on the MxO forums, so I figured we could make some cool FA ones. I went ahead and tried my hand at it and came up with this. If someone wants to create a template so that we can have similar, yet unique avatars, that'd be cool too. Until then, here's what we have:

I was thinking a screenshot for each of us with a watermarked FA stamp like the one Tbone made would look cool.

They also changed the size of sigs. So we may have to edit those too.

I'll have some free time tonight as I'm watching the hacker tournament.  Plus I think it's time to put a new one in my own rotator.

Do you have any specifications?  (Colors, picture, wording, etc.)
