Yep...

I have done both.

Advanced markmenship training you can do if you hit 36+ out of 40 on the basic training part.

But shouldn't you be able to do the sf one? Dunno really, I had completed everything else before sf came, so I have no idea.

I suggest you complete the other stuff before sf anyway, though the medic tests is a pain in the ass. Not because it's hard, but because you have to actually do the freaking class. And it's the same with the sf test, only harder.

EDIT: Damn you, DoubleOh :).  :P

I think you need to do everything for the SF, I have done everything except advanced falling from a plane.
The medic one I got the answers from the net and made myself a big sandwhich, came back, aced the test. ate my sandwhich. I have enough exams that are for real life, I'm not paying attention for a fake exam

Back when I played, I was an idiot in the plane dropping exercises, I could never land correctly.

Tip on "Planefalling".

Im not sure about 2.1, but in 2.0 and earlier, DON'T use E (I. E. Flare).

NO FLARING! Just steer onto the circle. That should save you through it. Of course, I haven't done this in 2.1 :). Might break you a leg or two there... :)

I nearly always break a leg without flaring.I think your supposed to flare once atleast 20 feet above your target.

Well, you won't need to flare once you get to the two only levels which you use a parachute. There its just jumping out. If you flare your parachute usually collapses, which is stupid.

But then again, this is 2.1 :).

The good thing about the freefalling thing, is even if the screw up you get a satisfying snapping of bones. Always fun to hear.
If you fail a medic test, it takes ages of blah blah blah.
