Do I have "If you want to start up a sh*t RP with a really badly ripped off tag, please e-mail me now" tattooed on my char's forehead?!

Before I wade in with this guy (it has to be a guy), does anyone have any knowledge of this presumably just-made-up character?

All I know is that he could have picked a better movie to base his character off of.  :P

Sent him a message back, and surprise, it bounced.  I'm pretty sure it's that fucking Viper again.  He keeps changing IDs and hassling me
