Title: Bump in the road
Post by: Anonymous on August 16, 2006, 10:48:08 am
Well, as if classes starting back up (15 of 'em) Working (32 hrs/week) Fall Rush (Fraternity stuff) and trying to maintain a girlfriend weren't keeping me from MxO enough... SOE decided to ignore my request to not automaticllay charge me, and caused me to get a $70 overdraft fee.  I am currently wiating on SOE's less-than-stellar customer service department to respond to me.  I'm the only one in the Queue and yet no one seems to care enough to respond on their "live assistance".  I am hoping that they will drop the charge and my bank will drop the fee.  Something tells me that its wishful thinking though :-/  To top it all off... That 70 bucks was going to go to my new processor and motherboard!!!

Yea!!!  TSR Gavin P. Is now my new Favorite TSR!  Not that I knew that many to begin with...  Anyways they refunded me the money, so now all I have to do is convince the bank to give me my money back!

I was told that the refund I requested would take up to 3 days from last wednesday.  Still no refund.  I'm now up to $200 dollars in overdraft fees because of transactions that poasted after that charge.  WIth my account $200 in the negative its making it difficult to function.  I'm afraid to spend any of my cash, because I dont know if I'm going to have to spend my entire pay check getting my account out of the negatives.  Man this is frustrating!  If anyone knows of anything I can do to speed up this process, or if anyone knows ways to dodge over draft fees through Wachovia banks, please help me!

So Gavin is not your favorite TSR now?  You're so fickle ;)

I say get on the phone and refuse to get off until you have a confirmed payment date, then speak to your bank about a temporary measure to help you out

Well, they told me that they cancelled my account, but I discovered today that my account is still active, so I have no idea whats going on.  It doesn't help that I am busy during their phone support hours.
