Why is there a normal door on the left?
-
Ok so now that someone has been there can we confirm anything? I mean its just a place where the 2 of you can go it wasnt a general "construct" becuase the reading about it has been very um non specific IMO.

The door was there when I was there. It didn't open or lead to anything. I'm not sure if it's there in this newer version or not...

The white hallways themselves are a seperate construct, not a mission area. If mission team A has a key, and mission team B has a key, they will meet in the same white hallways. When Subb and I went in, I saw a few other Zions, but no Machs or Mervs. I'm not sure if the white hallways are org-specific.
The org areas are a different story. The org areas are a mission area, which means they are bound by the same restrictions as every other mission area. Which is really kinda silly considering the size of it. This thing is massive. And as I understand it, there are something like four floorplans for each org area. I thought it was just going to be a lame ass firing range. You could easily fit a hundred players in the org areas.
The way to get to the white hallways is actually really cool. I was led to a door right next to the Moriah E hardline, inside a little shop. When I opened the door, I thought I'd see the white halls immediately on the other side. I thought there was some bug in the coordinates that I was given. It wasn't until I actually walked through the door that I was zapped to the white halls pretty much instantly.
Who's up for hosting a Zion party in the org areas some time?
EDIT: And yeah, Subb kicked my ass. :p

This is extremly dumb, they could have done SOOOOO much with this and I hope they will. I really wanted an "archive" and the hallways could have been the dang mission. This is no different then the club hel mission. I hope they realize this and change it.
btw your key at 100Mil is it like a book or was it a one time shot?
-
each org has to go to a different district to use thier area, thats why you didnt see mervs or mechs and they arnt a seperate construct they are just off the main map of the game so like zions is actually in richland but it is off the map and you cant walk there, and same with the other 2. And the key is 100mill and it is infinite use.
-
The key is reusable and not worth it in my opinion... you are just taken to one of many Zion Bases, all very similar and barring a dojo or shooting gallery, all boring. You can't do anything special in any room or even sit down in the classroomesque rooms. So it's pointless and way too expensive. Lets just get to work on Zero One for those coats... the hallways are a huge bust in my opinion...unless they start adding more to them.
something else is that the hallways are org specific, we can only acess them in richland and/or westview, it takes you to the same hallways, but the bases are also all in the same location, just at different Y coordinates, which is odd. For instance, i went in one and heard others talking, and they turned out to be just above or below me after talking for a while. Not that this means anything, it just seems that is how they coded it...as one huge building and each floor is a different base.

I can't even get a damn mission to spawn the operator keeps saying error... oh well I expected it to suck.
-
SUBB TO THE RESCUE!! Start a critical, abort then try again. If not, jump off the government building head first.
-
... oh well I expected it to suck.
Then why did you waste the 100mil in the first place? :p
-
I agree with Adad, this looks dull, leave it to the duellers and let's get these coats :D
-
Have we seen the coat or anyone know where the vendor is downtown and can post a screener of the coat?

Because I can.
-
If you didn't log on yesterday, you missed it. We took control of the Zero One construct and farmed Taskmaster all day (I know I was there for at least 8 hours). By the end of it, EVERYONE had everything they needed to get the coat.

If the white hallways are not a mission area, sounds like they are the best place to hold Zion meetings. The Zion Outposts aren't even worth holding interviews in, as it would be very embarrassing to have an Agent spawn and kill us mid-interview...
