Everythime I start up the game, something wrong happens. it says something's wrong with the file armyops.ini - or whatever and to delete it. I delete it, but then it just comes back :( lol Can any of you guys be of any assisstance?

Post by: Anonymous on June 19, 2004, 01:40:32 pm: Not sure eclipse. If you still have the installation files, reinstall it would be your best bet for the time being. I think .ini mean initialisation or something like that. Not sure though why it keeps popping up on you.

Anybody know whats wrong?

Post by: Eroz on June 19, 2004, 01:50:11 pm: The armyops.ini is the setting files for AA, not the personal setting but the overall settings. Like Aaura said if you have the install file, uninstall (by the Control Panel one not the one in the AA folder.) and reinstall, tell me what you get.

BTW, it turns out that the server that Ventrilo was being hosted on crashed. The guy hosting it for us (Jester's bro) is working on building a new server. In the meantime, we are just going to use the temp one graciously offered to us by DoubleOhZero. As soon as the new server is up, we'll switch back to it.

Kairos, the firewall probably blocks all ports other than 80 and whatever else you need at work, so Vent would probably not work no matter what you did.
