Invites have been sent out. It's fun to explore and the possibilities of this program are limitless. This really could revolutionize TV.

No. Once they get some good deals with companies, though, that will put shows on their site, then it will be cool. Right now, it's basically a Viacom and Comedy Central thing. The Comedy Central doesn't even have that great of stuff, anyway...
-
I can't even get it to show anything...maybe I shoudl stop all my other "more important" video downloads, ya think?
-
I'll take an invite. tbone@followtheangel.org

All I can get to play is "You've been disconnected from the Joost Network. It almost started to play something at some point and then it stopped. Any instructions?

I've been getting that too, now. It must be on their end. I'm sure it's just a glitch. Normally, all you have to do is click on whatever you want to watch, it will take 5 seconds to load, and you'll get a nice, clear video. I don't know why it's not working, though.

If you wait for about 5-10 minutes it will come up...but the kind of defeats the point.

The e-mail you provided is either invalid or already in use, please check the e-mail address provided.
Weird. I can't send one to Wood. Check your spam folder to make sure that your old invite isn't already in there.

Not as good quality, but stuff you know. Probably highly illegal:

Anamodiel, you can take a break now. Everyone can get it for themselves now, just use this link. http://joost.com/presents/gigaom-newteevee/
Pass it along and spread the word for this. With DOCSIS 3.0 now capable of 160mb/s, we're very very close to getting what we want, when we want it, and in very good quality. Just be patient.
