Dracomet is a coder, the reason why it wont happen cause like rarebit said when the question of new districts came up before, it would take an extremely long amount of time to do content wise, because you have to actaully build the place, create gangs dress them up name them little back story to them, create mission contacts make the missions for them dress them name them, make colletors which means new items have to be made for rewards and as tokens, then you gotta name the place the landmarks put backstory on it hardlines then test the whole place and that other crap, and that is just way to much for a single guy to do in any amount of time.
