Post by: Ash on January 15, 2008, 11:30:50 pm: Here's my "Almost" finished submission for the Real World reward for the winners of the Vector Challenge. I figure it would go on the back of a CafePress's long sleeve black t-shirt.

It's been a while since I've messed with anything having to do with PS so any feedback would be nice.

Post by: Ash on January 25, 2008, 11:04:41 pm: I've Finished the picture for the Vector Awards shirt, it took me a little longer because I had to recreate it so it could be put on a black t-shirt and not look fucked up. CafePress sells a black long-sleeved t-shirt for $23.99, I'd be willing to chip in some dirt to get this out to the winner.

Check my first post in this thread for the finished product, it's in Jpg and in png format. The PNG file is ready to be uploaded to a shirt (I've already made the necessary size and resolution changes)

I'd like to at least show this off before our next Vector Challenge, it might give them more of a reason to get in on the action.

We don't want the reds to just go and steal it and pretend that they won... :)

I would post it, but I'm at work right now and do not have access to any form of Photoshop to watermark a "SAMPLE".

We will also need to change the date to 2008 once we give this one to Manatik.

Maybe then the reds will actually start trying. :)

1. We can have Tbone upload the shirt to the FA store (I can't). The design is made to go on a black t-shirt either long or short sleeved.
We can then buy it and ship it to him

2. I've already got an account with CafePress and have the shirt already to go, it just has to be paid for and shipped to him.

As for payment it's about $25 for the long sleeve, less for the short sleeve. We can do some type of Paypal exchange for payment.

Once we have the funds might I suggest that someone be nominated to receive pay pal monies (if cafe press do not accept from multiple sources). We paypal such money and they physically buy the shirt?

I'll send him a PM as well...

Once the image is uploaded and the payment is made to Yotogi I'll give him the address that it needs to go to. Manatik didnt' say not to give it out to anyone but I'd say we should keep it in strict confidence between Yotogi and myself.

I took the liberty of sending him an 11 x 17 poster of the Award Picture, it was only 5 bucks more and I'm not sure how detailed the pic will appear on the shirt. I'll pick up the tab for the poster plus another 3 bucks for the shirt (a total of $8) if everyone else can pony up the rest I would be much appreciative. I'll post my paypal info shortly.
