Title: Assassin Barge

So do we know anything more about this? Will it be new construct, hideout or what? Just thought I'd ask. Maybe the next thing we'll see is new districts, etc. One can hope right? :)

Very neat!  But why a piece of a bridge in the middle of nowhere next to steam pipes that look like they do nothing but look pretty?
