Can someone do a photoshop work up on this... I am going to post this on DN1. Please put input in here if you have suggestions for changes or a better wording. The Bold Italic part is what I am wanting photoshop help with. I'm wanting that to look like a declassified / top secret document/picture that I can post. I'd like to get this posted tonight or tomorrow at the latest. Maybe some Top Secret words and Declassified things with the FA symbol thrown on and what not. Use your imagination. Just throw something together if you can...
I guess this is really more directed towards Yotogi and Manic who I sent PM's to, as they are usually the ones donig stuff like this, but anyone can give it a shot.
Here is what I am going to post.

This is a Zion priority alert to all operatives within the simulation. Repeat a Zion priority alert to all operatives within the simulation. Zion command has deemed the following previuosly Top Secret intelligence be declassified and provided to all operatives within the simulation. With the Intruder threatening Zion, Machine and even Mervoginian operatives this previously classified Top Secret Intelligence is being declassified for all operatives within the simulation.
From Hypatia:
Recent sampls of rev.1 data obtained from reliable sources carry traces of previously unknown code structrues. The closest known match for these samples lies in several archived pre-war Zer One data concerning trade between Zero One and human civilization contacts on whom we have as yet no reliable information--which is to say that there is no further extant data on tese contacts.
Due to their fragmentary nature, the precise context in which the data in rev.1 samples may have appeared in the simulation of the time is unclear. It would likely not have been a premanent feature of the first version of the simulation, as the revision's permanent code structures are believed to be thoroughly categorized. We can thus hypothesize that the manifestation of these newly detected code structures was temporary in nature.
The significance of the correlation between the temporary rev.1 code structures and the pre-war human trade data from Zero One remains unclear. We have no corroborating evidence to suggest that the trade with the human civilization continued in any form after the beginning of the war, and certainly it is difficult to understand in what way such commerce might have had any possible significance after the creation of the main simulation.

With recent events surrounding Hypatia and Agent Gray Zion Intelligence believes that the Intruder is seeking out the information uncovered by Hypatia concerning the code structures and more than likley the intelligence she has gathered concerning the Predecessor. It is possible that the Intruder himself may be from some as of yet unkown human colony involved in this early trade with the machine city. Perhaps either left alone by the machines to survive on their own or even now hidden from them.

I actually put the thing together so quickly last night that I didn't even read the message until after I had finished it and posted here.
(I just copied and pasted) So the only tweaking I would even think about doing to it would be to correct the spelling errors but if you'd rather it stay exactly as it was handed to you then you're looking at the finished product.
Just let me know. Oh and thanks all for the kind words.
P.S. Adad, check your PM's.
Edit: OK I went ahead and fixed the spelling errors, that way when others read it they aren't distracted from the message.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Yotogi does artwork for the Algorithm Black team. :)
Seriously, that looks fucking awesome. It looks like an actual scanned document. The ink splotches and smudges add the perfect touch. Did you really do all that in photoshop?

Yes I made it entirely in Photoshop but I used and tweaked two different images to do it. One was af an actual declassified document from the National Security Archives and the other was a high rez image of a blank 50 year old piece of paper. But like I told Adad recently I can only manipulate the data, I have no visionary artistic drawing abilities like Manic does or Turret does. I research tons of photos on the web (I have several sites I go to first like corbis.com or google image search) and then just meld them together to make the image I want. And if there's a technique or certain way I want the image to look and I don't know how to do it then I just find a tutorial on it and teach myself how. I think all in all this one took about two hours to create because I had to figure out how to mimic the whole "government document" look.

Good idea to correct the spelling, the reds will only blame us for it otherwise (LOL FA CARNT SPEEL ROFLMAO !!11!ONE! etc). What was the reason for the 004 in the corner though?

that was one of the things that were on the original declassified document I used; basically both the header and the footer were from an original (at one time) top secret document.

I don't mean to sound like an ass, but I think that the typos were intentional. Broin posted the text verbatim from this (http://thefuriousangels.com/index.php?topic=4645) thread, and Broin says it was verbatim from the e-mail he got from Hypatia. I quite seriously doubt that Rarebit would make THAT many mistakes in a single piece of evidence, especially one that someone paid millions for.
I don't know why there are typos, but they are more than likely intentional, and if we are changing it, I believe that we may be changing the riddle, and that is not the point of posting this, unless we want to be one step ahead of everyone else.

I dunno... I think if it wasn't checked before it was posted, and it was typed out quickly it could be entirely probable that these are real errors, certainly the missing/transposed letters don't seem to spell anything. And if by chance they do have a purpose, then we have an edge still ;)

I double, and tripled check what is up there on the boards now and it matches with what the email says exactly.
