i have got mine ratatouille on dvd and some flowers which are about 3 cm's long, leave them in water and they grow/ expand.

I have somebody to spend it with, I just consider it a kid's holiday.  A way for them to learn what it means to express affection for someone other than their parents and pets.  The "Single's Awareness Day" comment was more of a sympathetic nod.  

The "mushiness" of it is also over-powering to me.  It makes me uncomfortable.  That's just how I am.
