-Up to 24 players
-Release date: Tentatively this summer

I'm a major fan of the Battlefield series. I used to play BF2 for HOURS. HOURS. I loved that game so much, and, if it's anything like that, I will be oh so very happy with 1943.

I prefer the Modern Combat variety over WWII - but it IS a Battlefield game...I will be getting in on PC when it is released!

I'm with Jeyk.  I prefer the modern games like BF2 and COD4, and future games like BF2142.

I haven't played Bad Company yet, but I doubt I'll buy this one.

I played a TON of Battlefield: Vietnam.

This looks good, I will buy it!

mmmm....BF2142....now there's a game a miss a lot...loved the gunships lol

I was excited for it until I read this.

Quick highlights of the above:

It will be around $20

It will be download only, so it is a XBLA, PSN, maybe steam? and its around 350mb

Has auto health and infinite ammo

Only three classes, no medics, all three classes are made to be effective in all types of combat, i dont know why they even have classes then.

It is a basically a HD upgrade of 1942 and will only have three maps.
