go here... its someones opinion on why most of us cant get to the page to pre-order page... so yea... i think it makes sense... anyone else have their suggestion? well.. i wasnt even in beta... so i cant get my preorder regardless, right? so yea...

you can preorder no matter if you are beta or not.
