So I was finally able to purchase darkfall today, I had already installed it and today I launched it and the patcher came up and started downloading a 100 something mb patch but the thing is the game started and it went to select race screen which i though was weird because I figured the game wouldnt launch without the latest patch. So I closed the game and let the patch download. When it goes to install it says you need 9 gigs free and the harddrive i have the game installed on and where the patch install is on has 116gb free. I did make sure the target for install was correct I redownloaded the file. So my question is does anyone know how to fix this or a workaround. Also can I play the game without that patch since it did start up without it once already.

Speaking of problems, I got my account fine. I patched fine. I launched the game...... and got a BSOD. Three times in a row. Someone up there hates me. I think my graphics card has a compatibility problem, I'll figure it out over the next day or two, but in the mean time, I have installed Darkfall on a friends computer just to create my character and log in. I won't be able to join anyone playing, as I'm just on to do the initial creation, then I'm heading home to fix my damn computer. -.-

Alright just got this fixed, had to delete some reg entries for some reason the installer checks the C drive even if the game isnt installed there.
