I THINK I FOUND THE ISSUE.


This worked for me. I maxed out every single item in the graphics screen except for shadow quality which I turned off. This shot my FPS waaaaay up. Perfect.

Did you submit a bug ticket that shadows were greatly reducing performance?

I subbmitted on for particle effects as well. when you do abilities or special effects such as explosions, it can bring the FPS way down for a brief moment, which is probably why PVP is so laggy right now. so many effects going off simultaneously can really bring the system down.
