Title: Numbers on Dog Tags

Ok, Seven informed me that you can choose a two-digit number to go on your dog tag (just look at mine). The letter before it makes it to where two people could have the same number, so just edit when you signed up for a dog tag and add the number you want!

I suppose it could have special meaning to an individual but apart from that it doesn't look like it.
