Corellia Black Hole weekly - 6 Black Hole commendations/ week
Weekly quest Rakghoul Conflicts (complete Hardmode Lost Island and Kaon Under Siege) - 8 Black Hole Commendations
[WEEKLY] Galactic Crisis Points for defeating Colonel Vorgath in Explosive Conflict also give you 8 Black Hole Comms
Nightmare Pilgrim - World Boss on Voss
Storymode Explosive Conflict - 2 Black Hole Commendations per boss, 4 per chest (3 chests found so far)
Hardmode Explosive Conflict - 4 Black Hole Commendations per boss, 4 per chest.
Nightmare Karagga's Palace - 2 Black Hole Comms per boss for first 3 bosses, 3 Black Hole comms per boss for last 2 bosses

Complete all of that content and that's more than enough to get a piece of BH gear per week, which is great if you're in Columi or only a little Rakata. If you're banking on mechanics from set bonuses, the mods and enhancements are pretty stat hefty.

Also, that's 12 from NM KP alone. Want.

Because I don't think some people realize this...

Blackhole gear is to Campaign Gear what Exotech Gear is to Columi Gear. Very, very similar stats... WITHOUT THE SET BONUSES. It's great to take the mods from the Blackhole and use it to min/max your Campaign Gear, but you're gimping yourself if you decide to run around in full Blackhole.

So, while it's great to get the Blackhole gear to get your stats up, Campaign Gear is really where it's at. Raid, raid, raid!
