Based on a post here, it sounds like not all the servers will be 'available' at 7am on the 13th. So if we choose the last east coast rppvp server in the list at 7am, that might not be the same 'last on the list' server at the end of the day....

would still like a confirmation if youll be opening fresh servers throughout the early access period. Im sure you are but itll put some of us at ease

We'll be gradually opening servers throughout Early Game Access, although by the end of December 13th we'll have quite a lot.
