apparently from what i've seen on the boards it gives you a 9% bonus to combat toughness for 1800 seconds

yeah he has it activated see he has it in his hotbar and its icon is under the bar. hmmm i want to be teh 1.

Its a drop I managed to get one during lunch, and yes its 9% toughness for 1800 sec, the icon looks like the RSI codes do.  It treats it like a consumable, IE Tactics or Health booster, it can't be uploaded, but apparently it is not consumed when you use it.  I refreshed it once, so if its a charged item, I don't know how many charges it has.

It conned purple to me at 22 but I was still able to use it.

Can both of you please post what dropped it?  If there's a correlation, when I get back into game a week from tomorrow I'm gonna sit at it all day and see what kind of stuff I can find.. maybe it's just random like SWG holocrons though

It looks like it was something related to the newest patch. I logged in today and it was just sitting in my inventory. It's purple to me as well at 27. Maybe a special treat for Zionists? *munch munch* :p
