When you join you are supposed to pm Tbone with class and ship preferance, preferably more than one ship, and then he will try his best to put you in the first ship on your list, if not, he will make it the second.

Yeah, just send Tbone a pm with your preference like whoever you get along with the most and you will probably get into that ship.
