There's one scene that shows the crazy lady standing in a grocery store aisle looking batshit insane.  The camera slowly zooms in on her face for dramatic effect.

She's standing in aisle 13.  The number for bad luck.  I couldn't help but wonder if that was intentional.  :P

Hmm, not sure. I was there that day, but I was there for the coffee shoot, not for the creepy grocery store scene.
