Hopefully he arranges it a little better than last time.  Last time all of the people that were lvl 35ish had eleminated eachother, and i eliminated the last of them by the 3rd round.  
Kinda dumb for the last round to be against someone that you could kill in one hit if you wanted to.

Thats a good point Itachi.  The way he should do it is like any other playoff bracket:

Bracket 1:
1 v 16          1 being the highest level and 16 the lowest
8 v 9
5 v 12
4 v 13
6 v 11
3 v 14
7 v 10
2 v 15


Bracket 2:
1 v 16
and so on...
Never saw the last one, but it should resemble something like this

But I think Sandman's pandering, somewhat, to the lower levels.
