Toby -> Exploits are treated as "A" priority problems that are addressed as soon as they are identified. For this and other reasons, Monolith and WBIE have a staff of professionals that are available around the clock in case of emergencies. There several options available for game administrators to take action against anyone deemed to be in violation of the end user license agreement and acceptable use policy.

Seeing as this MMORPG is "The Matrix", I personally perceive "several options" in a very ominous light. I can just see the following scene in my upcoming movie, "TERMS OF SERVICE":

INT. BEDROOM: "L33tKNEE0", young h4xx0r teen, is playing the newly released "The Matrix" MMORPG.

L33tKNEE0: Wow, this is great! I'm taking advantage of an in-game bug to totally PWNRNZD everyone in The Matrix!

<SFX: LOUD KNOCK ON BEDROOM DOOR>

<L33tKNEE0 stands up from desk, walks over to the door, and opens it. There's an ominous looking man wearing a black suit and sunglasses looming in the doorway.>

TOS AGENT: Never mind. <Refers to small document in left hand>. My mistake. Mr. Leon Schawbowski, age 17?

L33tKNEE0: Uh...yes...that's me..

TOS AGENT: Mr. Leon Schwabowski, you are in violation of "The Matrix" Terms Of Service Agreement by the exploitation of an in-game computer error in your favour. The Developers has determined you fall under our "Several Options" punitative category.

L33tKNEE0: Uh...what?

TOS AGENT: The "Option" in this case is the immediate termination of your game account and, unfortunately for you, your life. Goodbye, Mr.Schwabowski."

CUT TO: WIDE-SHOT AS TOS AGENT PULLS OUT A VERY LARGE GUN WITH THE WORDS "TOS AGREEMENT AJUDICATOR" ENGRAVED ON THE SIDE.

L33tKNEE0: Wait..wait...I pay my monthly subscription, d00d...<BEGINS BACKING AWAY; CAMERA FOLLOWS HIM>
