I'm sorry everyone, but, like Enoc and Core, my time has come also. Some of you may think that this comes as a shock, others may not, but it's happening anyway. I'm leaving due to a few reasons, the major ones being school and the MxO community. By the MxO community, I'm referring to all the crap that goes on in interfaction politics, and all the stupid petty attitudes that people have with each other. It's truly worse than the CS community, and for those that know it, they know that's pretty bad. I have just a few last words to say to some of the members:

Tbone, you're a great leader. Put this faction where it needs to belong, regardless of whatever criticism you may recieve, infaction or not. Like many others who have left, I agree with them. What you have built here grows beyond a normal faction, it is a family. Good luck with where you go in life.

Boombye, you rock, plain and simple.

Lithium, you're a cool dude, but you can be an asshole to people way too often.

Cyanfire and Kosila: Thanks for checking in on me while I was disappearing and for giving me some updates.

Evigilos crew: Keep her safe. I may come back to check on her one day.

And to the rest of FA, some of whom I know well, some that I know a bit, many I do not at all, I must simply say, Thank You and Goodbye.

I know the new challenge is important, but we really need to concentrate on keeping our existing members rather than getting new ones. I personally think that we have been a little too ready to accept new members, and the recent spy activity backs this up. Nartak, Core and Enoc were all good guys, all veteran members, and they really should not have been put in a situation where they felt that the faction did not offer them any advantages. This faction is great, but we are suffering too many casualties. I am not too bothered how many new members we have to step into thier places, these guys were among the first few generations of faction members, and they had not reached thier time.

They will be missed.

I partly agree with you ajax about keeping our current members especialy those who orginaly were here to make it work. As a new member i've benefited greatly by the work and help that was done by everyone befor me. It would be great to keep those who were here but 2 quick observations:

1) Pardon me if I"m getting this wrong but, I don't think anyone of them who left due to problems actual informed someone there was a problem befor it could be headed off and solved. Instead it built up to a point were they couldn't deal with it any more and left.  I agree we should keep exciting members but how can you solve a problem that you don't know is there.

2) If some of them left due to the RP form, we'll thats unfortuanate the only thing that I know of, that we've been asked to do was a big deal. We're in a group and we gain a huge advantage by the help of others, just in this last patch I can't even count the number of times others have stopped what they were doing to give me  a hand or a suggestion on a way to do something. Being in a group means sometimes you have to do a few things that you would rather not be doing and in the end this RP form benifits us as a whole not just some random busy work. If you look at the list of people that had finished this befor the  lockdown and the list 24hrs later, you'll see the list grew by more then 100%. I guess if thats what it takes to get the work down then Tbone did the right thing even if I'd rather of been working on something else.

I would like to see everyone stay and keep on growing stronger. We can't ever replace people as there mark is unique apon this group, but at the same time we can't kick ourselfs over events we can't control.  I only had limited contact with some of the people who left and that is unfortunate as many will attest to the fact that they are great people to know.

Nartak sorry that this was posted in your thread as I don't think any of that had to deal with your leaving. I'm sorry you missed the great fun (even if its short lived) of seeing RIP get the punt they so deserved.  I hope that were ever you go you find the things you need and I hope one day you return to FA.
