Yeah its pretty interesting how biblical stories change into seperate meanings entirely (namely the existence of "Santa Claus" delivering presents on Jesus' birthday; totally unrelated). However, the true origin of Easter is to celebrate NEW LIFE (aka Jesus' Rising to heaven), so some geniuses chose the bunny rabbit to embody it and voila, you have a holiday about a dumb magic animal going around and hiding chocolates and eggs for little kids to find. hmmmmmm, maybe this is all a Michael Jackson conspiracy to lure kids to his house. lol "i just kidding!"
