Sounds like an interesting title for some sort of story, but actually, it is just about me and my problem with jacking in to the game.

A few days ago I recieved an error on the patching segment of the startup, the problem is that the game never fully updates to the latest patch, it always ends with an Error: -12. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, tried deleting the files that hanged as they were downloading on the update, hell I even pushed windows back to an earlier date before this problem happened. So far, every attempt I made to fix this problem has resulted in failure. I have CCR'ed already and am still waiting on a response.

So in short..... I have no Idea when I can jack back into the matrix, may be in an hour, maybe in a week. I don't know. Just thought I'd give ya guys the heads up in case I don't show up for anything for a while.

What is error -12?

I was having the same problem with that same number error and all I did was defragment my hardrive, just to see if what was causing the error was a fragmented file and the patch works now but its going incredibly slow for me(probably because i have a pile of cow shit for a computer). So try that and see if it works.

Ah, well defragging the computer didn't help much, but after my petition, the CSR's had me manually download the Dialog.pkb and World8.pkb files and the launcher worked just fine.
